Basic level "Silver" is provided to all customers free of charge.
Higher level "Gold" is offered only with a valid Subscription program. Main advantages are online technical support, access to regular educational webinars and discount on services supplied.
The highest level of technical support "Platinum" is designed for companies, which need to ensure continual, full-fledged functionality of their CAD workplaces. Amongst other things, it offers an opportunity to use a dedicated phone line.
CADKON+ products professional training is designed both for beginners and for advanced users. Our training is usually held for 5, but can accommodate up to 7 people, so we can guarantee an individual approach and sufficient time for your questions. Our technical experts have extensive experience in using our products, and they are familiar with issues of individual construction trades thanks to direct links with our current clients.
We are also organizing periodical internet seminars (webinars) for our customers which enable you to improve your knowledge. Recordings of these seminars are available as tutorial videos.
