Draw building constructions quickly and with a high level of accuracy

CADKON+ offers compact command groups used to draw building construction that enable you render a specific construction in a drawing simply by entering its parameters. Consequent modifications and parameter changes can be done using specialized functions or basic editing tools. Unifying feature of all the rendered constructions are quick changes.

Walls

Draw walls in new buildings, wih parallel edges or in reconstructions according to survey of the current state where the edges do not have to be parallel, they can be so called "awry". Insert columns with the option to sink them into an axis grid.

Foundations

Use walls to render foundation strips including elevation marks with consequent rendering of an oblique strip profile and list of the overall volume.

Openings, doors, windows

In one step, you can render openings with windows or doors into walls using two random lines. Quick changes can be made using basic CAD tools or specially designed functions.

Lintels

For an implementation documentation, it is an indispensable tool for design of lintel structures according to specific manufacturers. It offers rendering of the whole structure in the drawing together with its description and oblique cut. Structure manager controls the rendered structures and gives you option to change the contents or renumber the structures quickly. With as few as 4 clicks, you can create a structure piece list or catalogue the structures into a well-arranged table.

Ceilings

Provides tiling drawings of beam or concrete pillars with a choice of celining elements according to specific manufacturers. With this tool you avoid tedious manual laying of individual elements causing usually high error rate. Your work will also be speeded up by using tools to create a summary table of ceiling elements with their masses.

Staircases

Various staircase types are prepared for you in the default option but they can be further specified by entering additional parameters. As a result, you will see a staircase rendered in compliance with ČSN principles. Consequently, you can edit and modify any staircase in the drawing. Possibility to create a vertical cut or a staircase floor-plan view quickly will be a great assistance to you.

Chimneys, vents

Insert easily chimney objects according to manufacturers or chimney vents according to fuel into the chimney, which can be rendered as a part of a wall.
With no effort, you can display type of vent and specify its size, which can be measured directly in the drawing or entered as a known value.

Trusses

You can use prepared dynamic blocks for wooden constructions of truss. You can find blocks for individual truss elements such as wall plate, tie beams, pillars and similair. The truss construction is comprised from these elements with utilizing of dynamic specification of element parameters.
